Qualifiations Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any major Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry (experience in a Chinese restaurant is preferred) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and develop revenue growth strategies Strong leadership and managerial skills Proficient in English (Mandarin language skills are a plus) Knowledgeable in kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and food safety Has experience managing multiple outlets (multi-branch experience)
